Future Fit Solution (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application Future Fit Solution (future_fit) (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide personalized fitness features, improve the App, and support user accounts.

We collect the following user-provided personal data:

  • Personalized fitness calculations and recommendations

1.2 Authentication Data

If you sign in using third-party authentication, we may collect:

  • Google Account Information (name, email, profile photo URL)
  • Facebook Account Information (name, email, profile photo URL)
  • Apple ID Information (name, email where available)
  • Email/password credentials via Firebase Authentication

1.3 User-Generated Content

The App collects and stores fitness and activity data including:

  • Workout & Exercise Data: Completed exercises, sets, reps, duration, workout history and progress, workout plan assignments.
  • Health & Activity Logs: Daily step counts, distance traveled, calories burned (calculated), activity duration.
  • Food & Water Intake: Meal entries, calorie values, daily calorie totals, water intake logs.
  • Photos & Media: Profile photo URLs, workout images/videos stored as URLs.
  • Fitness Preferences: Step goals, calorie goals, water intake goals, fitness level, primary fitness goal.

1.4 Device & Usage Information

We may collect the following through device permissions and Firebase:

  • Activity & Motion Data: Step count, activity state (walking/running), motion and fitness sensor data.
  • Device Identifiers: Firebase user ID (UID), device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV may be collected by Firebase SDKs).
  • Usage Analytics: Workout completion patterns, app interaction data, notification interactions, general usage trends.
  • Crash & Error Information: Firebase may automatically record limited crash or error logs.

1.5 Location Information

We do not collect precise location data. The App only uses device motion & fitness recognition to track steps and activity type. No GPS location or approximate location is stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage user accounts
  • To personalize workout plans and fitness recommendations
  • To calculate fitness metrics (BMI, calorie burn, progress tracking)
  • To store workout, step, food, and water logs
  • To send reminders, notifications, and motivational alerts
  • To maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
  • To improve App functionality and user experience
  • To provide multi-language support

We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We use trusted third-party services to operate the App:

3.1 Firebase (Google LLC)

Used for:

  • Authentication
  • Cloud Firestore database
  • Cloud Storage
  • Basic analytics

Data stored in Firebase is encrypted in transit and at rest.

3.2 Authentication Providers

We integrate with:

3.3 Additional Libraries

Google Fonts (typography only), flutter_local_notifications (local notifications), pedometer (step tracking via sensors), permission_handler (permission management).

These do not collect personal data beyond what is required for functionality.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Where Data Is Stored

All user data is securely stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore.

4.2 Security Measures

We use:

  • Firebase Authentication to protect account access
  • Firestore Security Rules to prevent unauthorized access
  • Encrypted data storage
  • Secure transmission (HTTPS)

Only you can access or modify your personal fitness data.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only with the following and only for essential functionality:

  • Firebase (backend services)
  • Google, Apple, Facebook (authentication)

We do not:

  • Sell user data
  • Share data with advertisers
  • Share data with unauthorized third parties

6. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your data
  • Update or correct your data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request a copy of your stored data

7. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as your account remains active.

When you delete your account:

  • All personal data, workout logs, food logs, water logs, goals, and progress records are permanently deleted from Firebase.
  • Some anonymized analytics may remain for service improvement.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us immediately.

iOS

  • Motion & Fitness permission
  • Notification permission

We request only the permissions necessary for core functionality.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will take effect once published within the App or on our website. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
